Ed, David and Arturo were amazing! A rock hit my windshield when I was driving on the 14 freeway and took a big chunk out of the glass. I called Ed and he got me in the same day! The guys were amazing and I can hardly see the chip anymore! Reasonably priced, fast service, great workmanship! Thanks guys!

My luck when it comes to cracked windshields should be studied. I have cracked every windshield, of every single car I've owned since well, many moons ago. Today I was traveling on the 14 south when, surprise! a little rock hits my windshield and crack!!! Immediately I started looking for places to repair it, because we all know a little crack turns into a big crack very quickly. I found Primo, I called and was told to drive on over and they would gladly help me. Their customer service is absolutely excellent. They get a 10 out of 10 from me just from how I was treated from the moment I drove in, to the moment I drove away. Edgar Sr and his staff were all kind, friendly, and extremely professional. The repair was done very quickly and my windshield has been spared. It looks as if nothing ever happened to it. I will not go anywhere else for repairs, and I will make sure everyone around me, knows about Primo Auto Glass. Thank you so much!!!

Primo Auto Glass did a fantastic job repairing the rock chip damage. This is the fourth time using their repair service and they never disappoint. I recommend this shop to anyone who needs great work. June 4, 2026: Our new Tesla Model Y was hit by a rock…another rock chip and another great repair by Primo Auto Glass. The third and fourth photos are from the recent repair.

"what do you want? Perfection?!" Verbatim that was an actual line that he said to me when he messed up the first time and I had to ask him to fix my windshield so that it would not have parts that popped out. I wanted my windshield replaced and everything to look like it did before I got it cracked. When I went there I was told on the phone that it would be $500. Then I was told that it would be a little more because of some reason, even though I gave them my VIN Pryor, and they ran it and they knew exactly what I needed. I thought the place was going to be a little more honest when the man asked me for $550 in cash. I figured $550 was better than some of the other quotes I got. While I was there, I figured it would be not such a big deal to just get it over with. Then I go to hand him my credit card and he asks me for $600 because it is a credit card. He told me that if I paid him in $550 cash then that would save me money. But because I wanted to use a credit card now I had to pay an extra $50. I was told to go in the rain to a donut shop that had a maximum withdrawal of $100. This whole thing became pretty shady pretty fast. I had to leave, I had an event I had to get to and I h
